Section 55
Penalty for those who register Guthi land in Raker
After the commencement of this Act, a person who knowingly registers Guthi land in Raker or a person who does not register Guthi land in accordance with section 50 will be fined up to the current value of the land registered in Raker. The land registered in that way will be re-registered in Guthi and if a house and shop have been built on such land, land restoration will be done on that land.
